Fallen Officers Memorial

Citizens are joining together to build a Fallen Officers Memorial at Worthington Park

On May 20, 2010 a tragedy struck our community. During a routine traffic stop in West Memphis, Arkansas, on Interstate 40, Sergeant Brandon Paudert and his partner Officer Bill Evans were gunned down by members of the extremist group “sovereign citizens.”

Our community mourns this loss and we won’t forget the great sacrifice these men made while protecting the citizens of West Memphis, Arkansas and Crittenden County.

Together, we can honor courageous heroes fallen in the act of service.

You can be a part of this commitment to honor these men and their great sacrifice to keep our community safe. The Memorial will serve as a daily reminder of the inherent courage of all men and women in uniform serving our Crittenden County community.
